For Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook, you can customize and upload your own images and audio files in the media gallery under the Alert Box tab.
The following file formats and sizes are supported for customizing your alert images and sounds:
Image files:
- gif, jpeg, png, or webm format
- 200kb to 45mb maximum
Audio Files:
- mp3, ogg, or wav format
- 200kb to 45mb maximum
